SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAMS AT MIZZENTOP
For Grades PreK-3 through 5th
Mizzentop Day School is offering a fun, theme-based recreation program for children in the community this summer.
Two sessions of the Summer Recreation Program for children ages 3 to 8 years old will be held. The first session is June 13-17, June 20-24, and June 27-July 1. Dates for the second session are August 1-5, August 8-12, August 15-19, and August 22-26. The program is theme-based, fun, recreational, and craft oriented.
The fee is $250.00 per week, per child for five full days; or $150.00 per week, per child for five half-days.* Parents may register their child for single days, week, half-days, or the entire program. Program hours are full days, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 8:30-12 noon for half days.
A healthy bag lunch (no glass) must be brought in each day (refrigeration is available). Snacks will be provided. All craft materials will be provided. Space for programs is limited. To enroll, submit the Registration Form with your non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to Mizzentop by June 9, 2011. Full payment is due on either June 13 or August 1 based on enrollment selections. Your summer program tuition is non-refundable.

8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (full days) ($250/child/week) or $60/day
8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (half days). ($150/child/week) or $35/half day
Before-care also available from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. for $7.50/day

To reserve a place, parents may submit a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 for each session. Full payment is due with registration. Parents will be billed for the balance accordingly. A completed Health Form must also be submitted for children who are not Mizzentop students.
